No ! The hair is double weft weaving can avoid shedding . And as cuticle aligned with make it not easy tangle . It could last at least 6 months , also more than one years if you take care it well .

3. Why the hair have some grey Hair ?

As virgin hair , we keep its original state . We will pick out the grey hair before packing , but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundles .

4. How many bundles enough for a head ?

Always three bundle is enough for a standard head but it should according your head size .  

We suggest you to add more one or two bundles if you want it very full or when you choose the longer length over 18 inch .

5. How long for the payment processing ？

Always it need about 24 hours for Aliexpress to confirmed your payment after you pay for it .  And we can ship it out asap within 24 hours on work days after your payment has been confirmed by aliexress .  And the delivery time always take about 3-7 working days after posted .

6. I cancelled order by myself , why i still not receive the refund ?

After the order be cancelled , it need about 3-10 work days for aliexpress and your bank to process it and send it back to your account . And the refund price maybe have a litter different because of different exchange rate. You will get the money back , Pls don’t worry about it .

7. Is there any customs tax / charge ?

8. what is your Returns / Exchange Policy ?

You can send it back to get full refund if you don’t like it within 7 Days after you receive package. All returns will be considered on a case by case basis . All Hair must be in the original package. Unravelled or Used bundles could not be returned or exchange .
