Q1: How Many Bundles Do I Need For a Full Head?
A: Every bundle of our hair is about 100 gram. Normally 3 bundles are enough for the full head, if the size is over 22 inches, 4 bundles are better.
Q2: Why are the hair extensions I purchased different from the extensions shown on the head of the model?
A: Model pictures shown on our website are for your reference only.
Q3: Why Are My Hair Extension Getting Tangled?
A: 1) Your hair extension may get tangled due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.
2)Make sure to wash&condition your hair at least once a week(twice a week is better if permitted). Use olive oil to moisten it smoothly or consult your stylist for more help.
Q4: Why Does Gray Hair Exist In My Hair Bundle?
A: Unprocessed non-dyed hair will have a few strands of gray hair or split ends inside, which is normal and in line with the standard, and there is no any harmful chemical material in the hair, kindly pick the strands out by yourself if you do not like the gray one. Thank you for your understanding.
Q5: Can I Dye/Bleach The Hair?
A: Yes the hair can be dyed and bleached, but we do not suggest customers bleach the hair to #613 color, for this color is too light, which will ruin the hair easily.
